The event will be held on June 11-14th.
Our event will be based out of Twin Grove Park Campground, please see the "NAC-Fest Camping" thread for all of the information. The campground will be catering the BBQ at our event this year, so the event fee has gone up a little bit to cover some of these costs. The BBQ and Raffle will be held on June 13th (Saturday).
Costs:
Members: $30/member (This covers BBQ, dash plaque, event fees)
Non-Members (drivers bringing their rigs): $35/person
Additional meal tickets: $12/person
Additional Dash Plaques: $4/ea
The Pre-Registration form is up!!! Just follow the instructions on the form and send them in asap!!!
There will be T-shirts sold for the event, they will be available on a pre-order basis ONLY!!! Price will be $14/ea., and they will be available to order on the Pre-Registration form.
This is also the same weekend that Rausch Creek is holding their RCROCS event, so Saturday June 13th will be a busy day at the park!!! If some would like to stay back and watch the event, that is fine.
