Congratulations! I just bought my very first house 2 months ago. Its the best thing I have ever done. It was quite the ordeal going back and forth with the seller and getting the mortgage all worked out and settled in time. It will actually work out in the end. You're going to love it! Oh and Bigalpha, mine came with a 1150sqft shop out back :moon: :wave1:
