My front wheel has negative camber

I was looking at my alignment and noticed that my front, passenger side wheel/tire has a bit of negative camber. My front tires have also been wearing on the inside section of the tire but that I think is caused by the crazy amount of toe out I have. After inspecting the front axle I didn't notice any noticeable bending (not that it would be super easy to see). I checked my ball joints by lifting the front and shaking the tires, as well as prying up on the tire and didn't feel any looseness or movement. I'm pretty sure my wheel bearings are good since they don't make noise. My axle C's seem to be fine, I haven't jumped the car and previous owner used it as a daily/mild off roading. I am wondering if the control arms have anything to do with it. the control arms are stock but the car is on a 3" RC lift with 31 inch tires. Control arms and steering are stock. If it can't be the control arms could it be something else?

How much negative camber are we talking? Getting an alignment would be a good place to start so we know the exact number and this will confirm its not just your eyes tricking you. I believe -0.75 deg is the limit, but your alignment printout will specify the limits. If you can see it then it probably is more than that. My old D30 had slightly over -1 degree on both sides. I suspect its just too much time running larger tires, slightly bending the housing. Seems like a common issue on these older D30s when they run larger tires. Also seems like the passenger is usually worse since its the long tube and would be easier to bend than the short tube. If it isn't too severe there are 0.5 and 1 degree camber shims out there for pretty cheap that go between the knuckle and wheel bearing. I installed these on my D30 a few years back, before I sold it. This brought me back in spec but they really weren't that far out of spec and likely would have been fine without the shims.

So start with an actual caster number. If its a big number then your axle is probably junk. Its its between -1 and -2 deg I'd say shim it.
