Mj rocker panels/exhaust

Ive acquired an 1988 jeep Comanche and have been diving into fixing her up, first on the list is a front clip change to the newer style(especially the doors). and a brake booster upgrade. Ive completed the u-joints and balljoints soon comes the exhaust. But anyways the truck is pretty clean and the only rust it has is mainly the cab floor and rockers, the rockers are not rotted yet but it seems like the inner panels are where the most of the issues are. I want to replace the outer and inner rocker panels but i can only find the outers? where can i find either a complete rocker or both inner and outer?

also all i can find for exhaust is the walker set-up? is this fine or is there a better option, i have a long bed.

Replacement body panels are pretty much non-existent for the MJ's. Just not enough demand. Some sheet metal and a metal brake will be your best bet...... and a whole lot of patience.

For the money, your local muffler shop should be cheaper than buying aftermarket. And, you can have it done the way you want it.

meh.

for the work that it will take to do the rockers I'd probably cut them out and just replace it with box tubing.

Even if you never wheel it, it's still easier than making your own replacement panels. As stated above, panels for MJ's are non existant.
