Well it's making progress but slowly..

Still waiting on the EOR Jeepspeed cage to get here (Wednesday hopefully), Rigid Co Front Winch Bumper (Friday), and Alloy USA front shafts (Friday)... Should be a busy weekend.. Oh yeah and still need to finish the Hydro assist setup..

We finally got the beadlocks mounted and I'll tell you 39 bolts was just plain fun... But, on another note the 17" Ruff Stuff DIY kit fit absolutely perfect.

Well here's a few pictures since this is the pic forum. The tires are 37x12.5x17 Comp. Compound Trepadors on 17x8 Soft 8 DIY beadlocks..

and some anything but clothes halloween party fun...

Last one of the party... only because I spent a lot of time making that dress out of Duct Tape.. Oh Duct Tape lady is my wife and the seran wrap lady is one of my buds wife.

The tires have been around but I dont believe you can get them w/o being a legit competitor OR like me you find them slightly used... On MAXXIS website I believe they have them listed for crazy like $573/tire... The guy I purchased them from won XRRA on the East Coast this year... He said he'd have another set sometime early spring... if I like them I may look into picking those up..

They are absolutely the softest/stickest tire I've ever felt... Sidewall flex at 3 psi is very good also..

Last night I bolted in the Alloy USA front shafts and bolted on the new bumper and TNT steering box brace. We also bolted in the new Powersteering box and started bleeding the lines for the Hydro Assist.... I'll tell you that thing made a mess! I hate power steering fluid just about as much as brake fluid.

Tonight we're gonna finish bleeding/mounting the ram, and try to tack in the cage...

Not sure if you're interested but I believe we're going to head up to Callalantee the (Friday Night) or Saturday after Thanksgiving for the day...

Uwharrie's fun but running Daniel and Kodak gets old after 4-5 times... If you've never been to Callantee... you should try to make it.. Some of the runs make Lower 2/Slickrock look easy..

I'll keep you posted and I'm gonna throw out the idea of a meet/greet/ride that Saturday if anyone can make it.. (All dependent on finishing up)..

Nope... I think it's 10.00 a day and in Mountain City, TN.. there's camping at the trail head also....

ALSO, go w/ someone who's been there otherwise you'll be like us and spend the first day figuring out where all the trails are...

I know been busy and only getting to work on it for something like 1.5-2hrs in the evenings sucks..

I'll get something up this evening after I get it cleaned up and have a chance to attempt a write up on the EOR cage, etc.
