m.o.r.e. poly tranny mount

anyone here use this mount? not happy with my new dealership one. might take it back and order this one. some people have said that poly mounts are the reason motor mount bosses break off the block. seems a little far-fetched?

The motor mount bosses will break on a stock XJ. I firmly reccomend replacing stock block mounting bolts with the longest grade 8 or better bolts you can find. Longer for more thread contact into the block.
