I picked up a set of 2004 WJ LCA's and would like to put them on my 97 XJ. I need to know the width measurement of the cherokee bushings so I can machine the wj bushings down. Does anyone have a stock LCA lying around that they could measure for me. I need the measurement for the front and rear bushings.

Thanks for the link, that is were I got the idea to do the swap ( only paid $10.00 for my arms). Lots of info but no measurements. I'm trying to get all my lift parts ready for a Christmas Break install and I will not have access to the machine shop for that week and I would prefer not to pull the LCA's twice.

I just mabe a full set of custom CAs and I made the bushings 2.600 inches wide. The CA brackets were 2.625 (2 5/8"). This was on an 86 XJ with the disconect D30 if it matters.

Thanks for the info! Are the axle end and the "frame" mount end the same dimension? They are not the same on the WJ arms . I'm off to the u pull yard searching for skid plates. I hope everyone had a great thanksgiving.

You shouldn't need to cut down the axle end bushing, I didn't

Yes both ends were the same.
