Loud "CLUNK"!!

When I'm going through a mud hole, or I'm going a little faster then the normal trail crawl and I hit something that flexs my suspension up really far while moving - I'm experiencing a loud "CLUNK". It's either the drivetrain or the front suspension. I'm not sure... I have plenty of slip in my front driveshaft, everything is tight.... could it be the top of the coils?

As said before, i would check the tracbar, and the jam nut. Also i had the ame problem, and it ended up being that my motor mount was dead. So might be a good idea to check that too

I would check the stuff they suggested and maybe the passengers side sway bar mount. I don't know the specs on your rig, but it's a possibility that that your steering linkage is hitting the swaybar mount or the swaybar link itself when you compress the suspension enough.

something else u might wanna check, on mine it sometimes clunks when flexing because my axle is pushed forward 2" so the coil catches on the little metal lip around the bumpstop.

Dittos on the motor mount, drivers side. I had this annoying clunk clunk when driving on the rocks and when i'd hit a decent sized bump on the road. I looked at every friggin thing I could think of and then one day I was replacing the exhaust maifold and noticed that the MM had no rubber in it.
Now if I could just figure out what that durned POP noise is when I pull out of my driveway!
