Looking for vinyl decal makers

I am in need of someone who can take a "somewhat" camera-ready line-art logo, reduce the size, lengthen the customer-requested font, "digitize" the design, and produce a smallish-quantity run of outdoor quality transfer-type decals in 2 or a multi-color gradation.....

This design is ready, I just want someone who can do the "finish work" and produce the stickers economically without major set-up....reorders would be smallish, but occasional.....maybe 25-50 at a time to start out with, working up to maybe the 100 quantity in a few months....

All of my current vendors are set-up for way-larger quatities, and carry beefy set-up costs.....my current customer on this particular project is a poor schmuck, and we can't use my current vendors...
