Planning on changing out my T-Bird coils (18-1/2" free length) for something with a taller free height. The T-bird coils gave great service but I dont run desert washes anymore so I dont need the variable rate. Now I just want to maximize flex and traction. I want to keep the lift at 4.5 to 5 inches. From searching lots of threads and calling suppliers the maximum free height seems to be 22" (Rusty's 4.5" and Rock Krawler 4.5" coils).
With my current shocks, brake lines and short arms (Terra Flex) I could use something around a 23-24" free height which would keep pressure on the extended tire until the shocks were maxed out and tire was into the back of the wheel well.
Anyone seen a 4-5" lift coil with a free length of 23-24"?
