Again another good product at a great price from RWK Haus Supply.

do you have any comparisons of the ENGO light bar to others? or any nighttime pictures?

Sorry I do not have any real world comparison charts.

I have seen personally how bright they are though. And would say a 12" is brighter and better pattern (all are a bit more 'flat' then a round reflector single hid light), then a single 7" HID light.
A 20" is about the same as 2 7" 55W HID's.
A 30" LED bar is about the same as 3 7" 55w HIDs, and I have Not seen the 40".

Ordered mine yesterday!! Can't wait!

it should go out today.

Thanks.

Please post up any feedback, pros/cons, light patterns, etc..

Thanks!! Are these fairly new to the industry? For the price I couldn't pass it up. Been tryin to find reviews out there but there doesn't seem to be any.

They have been researching these for some time, and actually selling now for about 6months. They are your typical non USA made LED bar that is a IP67 rated.

I would bet its the same bar.

I had a buddy, ordered a 30" Bar from a group buy about 2 weeks ago. He brought it over and its the same thing as the Engo, as best I can tell. I have to assume its the typical overseas copy cat thing. Everyone is producing the same thing, just in different (or even same) factory(s).

yup, thats what i figured. i want to get one of these once i have some spare cash kicking around. i'd love a baja designs one but i cant blow a grand on lights right now lol. i'll shoot you an email once i'm ready dude.

I noticed that the sale is still going. Are the floods available at the same price? As spot is the only option I see

I was recently told that they are basically a pattern that is between a spot and flood and that they could not classify these as one or the other. That they tried but was told they were a spot when they said they were a flood, and then others said they were a flood, when they listed them as a spot.

UPDATE ON COMPARISON OF THIS LIGHT BAR TO A RIGID BAR.

Ok so last weekend was Terra Del Sol here in sunny so cal. And we were able to do some side by side comparisons.

My buddy bought a Rigid 12" LED bar about 3 months ago, before I had these Engo ones available, and got it mounted to TDS.

His is mounted on the front top of bumper just in front of the winch on a JK. Mine is mounted on top of my front hoop, about 10" taller, on my XJ. Mine is a 12" thats listed as a spot also.

While out friday night and sat night, it was VERY obvious that the Rigid was a SPOT Style! And even those the Engo is listed as a Spot, it is clearly a mix of spot and flood.

At about 50ft His put out a spot pattern of aprox 15ft wide and 20ft long. It was bright and nice, but Very narrow and not what I expected for such a costly LED bar, given only 12" though.

On my ENGO, it clearly emitted more usable light. The pattern was hard to tell fully. I can say that it was just about as bright at 50ft out, but the pattern was more of a dual spot/flood. The spot portion was about 30ft wide and 30ft wide, but with enough residual to easily see 70ft wide at 50ft out, and everything between me and the 50ft out. The rigid was such a spot that you could not see much if anything between his front bumper and the beginning of the spot pattern on the ground about 40ft out.

I wish we would have thought to take pictures. But it was clearly a HUGE difference in pattern. And I think the Engo was actually MUCH nicer.

We were in a deep wash watching a buddy come down a very obscene ledge about 25ft up. I backed up and light up the side of the wash very well. His lit up a 7-10ft wide by about 5ft tall piece of the wall. We were about 20-25 ft from the wall.

As a side note, he also bought 2 DR2 floods for each side and I put on 2 of the work lights from Engo in a 4x4 housing and flood pattern. His were also more concentrated and poss a lil brighter, hard to tell since it was more spot. But for over 3 times the price for the rigid over the engo "work lights" its clearly was not worth it when comparing light output.

For a 12" light bar these ROCK! Extremely happy I just bought one for my self and tested it. Of course its not a 30 or 40" bar, but Anything on a trail run, one of these will do the trick. If your looking for go fast maybe a bit bigger might be better. I was fine in my my rig with this one 12" LED bar, 2 HID headlights, and 2 work lights - all on, and doing 40-50MPH.
