I'm in desparate need of some 4.5" leafs for my rig. I did some mods and now the front sits much higher than the rear and I don't like the look. I have $300 to spend and could trade some parts or labor. Let me know what you got. Thanks

Rough Country goes for about $250 shipped for Naxja members, they show up in two days.....

I love mine!

DPG offroad. BAR NONE!

I have wheeled them a couple times and I find them to be perfect. About 5.5 - 6 inches with a 1.5 inch shackle on my rig.

Call him up and ask for the NAXJA discount....it will be slightly over your budget, but you won't be disapointed!

Yup me and Dirk were talking about his leaves and they would definitely be my first choice. Call him up John.

another option would be Big Offroad's Packs. I love mine.

We should have saved the 3" blocks that came off mine :D

I'll look into that. A little more dough showed up today so I might be able to swing it. Thanks for the advice guys!

Well I got the new springs in and wow! That thing sits like an early 70's hot rod. I will have to try some 1.5" spacers in the front to level it out. If that is not enough, I have some Rusty's 6.5" coils to try up front. I broke one of the nutserts for the forward mounting point. Luckily, I was able to get the bolt back out without damaging anything. I took a die grinder and cut two notches on either side of the hole and using the bolt to hold the nutsert in place welded that sucker to the frame. Shouldn't have any more problems with that one!

I have .75" spacers sitting in my garage if you need em...

I remember when i put in my BOR leafs, that think was RAKED! Then i added the 1.75" spacer and my steering angles were all messed up, then i had to add OTK steering. Now its all setup up differently, but moral of the story:

If you change one thing, your gonnahave to change 10 others... Let me know if you need any help or if you wanna borrow that reamer for your OTK John.

Thanks guys. Allen, thanks for the offer but I got the knuckles drilled out and the tie rod is in. I put a bulletproof tierod in and it requires the knuckle to be drilled out to 3/4" Tony I just might need those spacers, thanks. I may be hitting corral canyon this weekend for a test run. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

Well, I didn't get to make Corral Canyon but I did get out to some hills in MattyJ's neck of the woods. The driver side spring rubs the track bar mount and both the springs rub the front of the bump stop extension when the spring droops. I will clearance the track bar mount and probably cut and weld the bump stop tubes a little farther back. Other than that it works good. I got a little air with the shocks on the lowest setting and I don't think I even hit the bumpstops. I can't wait to take it out to the desert and see how it does out there. Today I got a 1000# bag of gravel and put it in the back to settle the springs down some.

Sounds cool. Theres a cleg run on the 19th.

hopefully

So John, how do you like the BDS leaf packs so far?
The ride is good and they seem to flex alright. I need to get to some serious rocks to really put them through their paces but I'm happy with them so far. I am going to have to lift the front another inch because the rear sits higher even after carrying a 1000# bag of gravel around for a few days. I think one more inch in the front will be good.
