late model hood/cowl

hail really dicked up sisters ride. Looking for a late model hood and cowl. Color is irrelevant since it will likely need paint matched anyway. Thanks.

Are the hoods really different from late to early? I have a hood sitting in the back yard, year unknown.

87-91 will fit. Body lines did not change.

84-86 have a different latch setup.

87 has a hood prop on the upper radiator support, 88 changed to the pass fender side, but 87 also has the holes for the pass side fender support.

So with a huge year range and not concerned about paint color you would think you could find a hood, yet when you go looking for one you start to see how many of them have some sort of damage anyway. Meaning its hard to get one that is really nice and straight at this point.
