I looked around at full diff covers and settled on these. Got em for my 30 and 8.25 from ROKMEN for about 100 each. I'd say its a good investment for when the gears are done. I'll paint em up this weekend.

i bought the same cover for my d30 from them a few months ago. it was right about 100 shipped. i LOVE the cover, their customer service however, pretty much blows. the cover deflects "stuff" very well. i'll be buying another for my d44 when it goes in.

i wouldnt say i LOVED my riddler cover, but its beef (obviously).
usually, if you need customer service on an item like this, its either your fault, or the retailers fault. it probably has nothing to do with them.

saw the video, how did the metal peel back on itself inside after it broke?

They do look nice, but I had to go with RuffStuff... BEEF... EEE!!!

Ya I saw the video and wondered how the cover peeled back like that. It was probably from one of the tread pressing down on it.

My OX cover appears to be the same cover, except with OX on it and drain holes/cable hole. Looks like same material and same shape.

Just curious, what went wrong with your cover that you needed to contact them for?

the cover wasn't the problem. i never received any real order confirmation from their website. the charge cleared paypal just fine, but after a couple days and still no shipping eta/order confirmation or anything else i emailed them twice over the course of the next three days inquiring about any possible issues with my order-still no reply. i finally opened a paypal dispute. the next day i FINALLY received an email with a tracking number telling me it had already been delivered, when i got home-there it was!
sorry for all that, i just felt i needed to clarify that i can install a diff cover without technical support. :wierd:
