those sons of bitches have terrible customer service. i ordered the HD TB bracket and bushing and paid for 2nd day air. well they send it out ground and i just now get it. 8 days later. I open it up and the bushing isnt in there. I call them up, and after being on hold for about 20 minutes rusty picks up and says "sorry, ill send out the bushing as soon as i can". it should be there in 5-7 business days. HORSESHIT!!!! I PAID FOR 2nd day air on everything!!!! IT SHOULD HAVE ALL BEEN HERE AND ON MY JEEP 4 DAYS AGO!!!!! NOW THEYRE MAKING ME WAIT ANOTHER WEEK!!! all he has to say is he cant overnight it because it would cost too much unless i want to pay for the overnight. FUCK RUSTY AND HIS PRODUCTS. sorry. i needed to vent.
