Finally!!
I won't bore anyone with the details, but I have owned a Jeep since '99 and was involved in back in the day, in 2006 or so the 88 XJ I had started having some major tranny/engine issues and I parked it. Life happened and I've made feeble attempts in the past to get back in but yesterday I/my wife and I bit the bullet and brought this home:
The plans are 5.5 RE LA, 44 rear w/alloys, ARB, discs, 30 front w/super 30 kit (ARB), stinky fab xover steering and WJ brakes, 35's, and other bumpers and whatnot.
Hopefully I can have it together by COFEST next year!!!
This is my old '88, that I still have and need to dial in what I'm doing with it...
This, is my DD... '16 Silverado w/leveling kit, 33's, and NFABs.
It's good to be back in a JEEP even if it's not daily. ::
