ISO: Place to park my boat for winter

The AF base is really screwing me and I now need a place to park my 16ft aluminum v-hull w/trailer. I pulled the motor and everything so at this point, I don't care if I park it outside or not. If anyone has a big yard/driveway/dirt lot/garage and is willing to let me park the boat there until late March that would be awesome. Monetary compensation/liquid refreshment can be discussed. I'm looking within about 30 miles of Lincoln, MA.
