Is the Garbage Bin Locked for everyone?

I'm locked out too, I wanna see what I missed while I was gone.
The Garbage bin permissions got screwed up. Nobody except the BOD is supposed to have access to that.
That is where the Moderators move a post (instead of deleting it) so that the BOD can review it if needed.
BTW... before anybody yells at me.... it was a different Moderator that dealt with the "activities" of today. I was gone from 5:30am until late this evening. From what I see, the thread was over the top.... but that is why we have a BOD to review those decisions.

I liked it better when I could get in there.
Most of the interesting stuff is over the top, but it was the Xjguy who brought it to the level bringing PMs out to public talks. But what the **** do I understand. I haven't figured it out yet on this one.
