Is The Forum Dead?

Well, I got another Jeep but it isn't an XJ. Some would say I got a better Jeep, some would say a worse Jeep but I guess all that matters is, I got a Jeep and I want to go wheeling again!

BTW, it's a '95 YJ.
At least you are back. Now to work out a time to go riding somewhere.

I've got a few things I want to address before I take it offroad but I should be good in a week or so. This time change kills much working outside in the evenings.

I miss El Burrito
Had a Chili Verde and rice burrito and two chicken tacos just the other evening. They are 10 minutes from the house. Going the other direction there's Rosie's in Yucaipa.

No tormenting the rest of us who miss good Mexican food. That just ain't right.

(But if you are thinking of moving you best savor it while you still have it.)

Make it myself. 26+ years of training from my late wife's mother. :SombreroEmoji:
I'm only white on the outside.

Just keep in mind, if you move, you may have to have the ingredients shipped to you.

And if you like fresh corn tortillas you may have to make those yourself too. I think the closest tortilleria is over 100 miles from me.

And some things you may just have to give up on. I like queso seco, but I can't find it here. I can find queso fresco though. That has to suffice.

Yea, thought about that after I posted. Tortillas I can make. I used to have an OLD crank machine with an out feed belt for corn torts.

I don't think finding ingredients would be a problem in middle Tennessee. We have several "Supermercados" all over the area. I drive past one daily in Smyrna, TN.

I drove out there in July and had Rosa Maria's twice in the same day... lunch in Hesperia and dinner in Fontucky. I weighed a lot more when I worked by the one on Sierra Way.
