Installing gibson exhaust in a 1999

I am just about done installing a Gibson cat-back system and magaflow cat on my 1999 xj, but things don't seem to be lining up properly. My factory muffler and tail pipe fell off a few weeks ago so I was going on memory as to the orientation of everything. I also have RE 1.25" shackles and it looks like there is a clearance problem does anyone know of a work around?
I have attached a few pictures and would appreciate it if you guys can take a look and tell me if I'm doing anything wrong. Thanks.

Never mind, I just noticed yours is offset, maybe try twisting the muffler counter clockwise so that the outlet is further to the left or bottom?

If you are looking at the inlet, it will be a 9:00, outlet at about 8:00 if you are looking at it.

You tail pipe needs to come forward quite a bit. The rear most hanger by the bumper should be clamped to where the pipe flattens out near the end, not on that angled piece it is now. As does the muffler. The rear of the muffler should be about even with the rear u-joint and the tail pipe should also probably be rotated torard the passenger side to clear the shock.

Well part of the problem was that I don't know my left from my right. The instructions say "VERTICAL ROD ON HANGER #E WILL BE ON DRIVERS SIDE." So of course I put it on the passenger side once I flipped it things lined up a bit better. I also pushed the muffler and pipe more towards the front of the car and its now lined up. Thanks for the help.
