insane air on los primos at morris mt

I think you have to have been drinking a minimum of 6 hours before racing a Barbie Jeep. That's the impression I got anyway...

Also count me as one who doesn't care for the push the pedal to the floor type of wheeling. It just isn't as fun to me.

slow and steady wins the race :D

While I agree with the not for me wheleing I would have to disagree here. There are plenty of times I have seen some of us not able to get over something, when wet, around the SE. HP has it's place but I'd rather try and crawl stuff.

That is crazy footage, drama aside. I just know I would be spectating behind the biggest tree I could find! Those people are scary close.

agreed. here in the southeast we have mud on our rocks. so you better have some wheel speed.

also this was a comp. fastest time to the top wins $1000.00

Yea funny thing is though the guy that won broke something from what I could tell form the video. I'd bet the $1K will barley cover the breakage. :looser:

guy that won had 2 bolts holding his bell housing in and cut a tire by the end of it. that was all.

not much breakage. maybe a shaft or two.

yeah to each his own.

thats the glory of motorsports. you can combine almost any speed with almost any area of motorsports and someone is doing it.

crikey there are even races to see how "slow" your tractor can go.

From what I understand the prize was 1500. Someone donated 500 at the last minute. I found out today that a coworker of mine was there standing near where they all kept landing. He was one of the retarded ones.

"I wanna go fast."

Those buggys are amazing in their ability. I would enjoy some seat time behind the wheel of any one of those.

The best thing about the 'throttle down, $100,000 buggy guys' is that they either design great products themselves, and or encourage manufacturers the bring tougher parts to market.

Those parts eventually trickle down in the market place to the 'average' wheeler. Availabilty and cost are within reach of 'average' guys like me.:patriot:

Think of all the stuff that we normal wheelers have that came about because guys like them have pushed the envelope for years. CTM joints, TeraLow gearsets, 4340 and 300m off the shelf (not custom) axle shafts, Klune V, Stak, Adavance Adapters Atlas, reasonably priced cryo treating for hard parts...... the list is endless.
