HVAC summer job employee needed

i am looking to hire a summer intern employee to install HVAC duct work on commercial jobs. the union says i can only hire one intern & they say the position ends sept. 30th. our shop is in san jose, most of the work is in the fremont / newark area. this is a full time position & the pay is $11.00 / hour.
