You have to give them credit for determination, ingeninuity and nads for actually driving with the cargo. Love that lawn tractor across the trunk and while I'm not admitting to nothing sometimes when you have a hatchback like my olds starfire nothing says 'load er up' like duct tape... If I had that saturn I'd a run two more strips from bumper to bumper though it does tend to 'hummmmm' at hiway speeds....

It's probably a racing tractor. Racing lawn tractors is a well known redneck passtime. The deck is removed for racing. Lightens 'er up, don't ya' know.

Looks like the Feds may have to start a new dept. up " DOD - department of dumbaaazz., sister to the DOT. This is the kind of thing that gives truckers a really bad image, since one of the boners will say something to the effect of "I just saw truck with stuff tied down like this." when they get pulled over for being stupid.
