How to polish black steelise after PISMO

I resantly whent to PISMO for the first time and I notices that my wheels are dole like if I sand blasted them. Does anyone know how I can polish them thanx

Might just be salty or whatever. You try washing them real good? Other than that, any polish or cleaner meant for painted wheels would likely help.

try polishing them up like it was the paint on the body. Except for that, live with it.

any buffing compound should work. "finesse it" is a solid choice.

Ok I will try wax I was told wax would work but just wonted to double check. I will try tomorrow if I have time the wheels are only about a year old so hopefully they are back to normal

yeah, i killed the finish on a new pair of steelies after getting stuck in the salton swamp. now they match the rest of the jeep
