How do I remove this window regulator screw??

I'm replacing a manual window regulator on my 95 XJ. Everything came off easily except the torx bolt that holds the regulator to the window glass. It just keeps spinning around and won't come out. I know it has something to do with the little white clip behind it. Any help? Here's a pic of what I'm talking about.

The FSM shows an "anchor" that goes in through the back of the glass, that the torx bolt screws into. Maybe that's spinning in place. CAn you get a hand up behind the glass?

On the outside of the window, outboard of the plastic washer is the nut, not a normal nut. This nut is about 1 1/2" dia (shaped like a flat fender washer) with two holes in it. To remove this nut you will need a spanner type wrench, something with two pins to engage the holes. It wnt be easy or fun but with persistance you will win!
