How are you guys sealing your floors up after a 231/300 swap ? And how did you do your shifters on the 231 ?

2 lingering projects left from this: fully sealing the floor up, and possibly changing
The shifter for the 231 portion since we just bolted flat stock to it and made a handle real quick, no real linkage to speak of

When I added a Black Box and a 241OR, I bought a quart of JB Weld. On a warm day, it flowed very nicely into the nooks and crannies around the replacement floor pieces. At least so far, it has not cracked. Was really quite easy.

Body glue...you can buy a kit on Amazon or wherever.

3M Heavy-Bodied Seam Sealer, 08308, Two-Part, Self-Mixing, Automotive Epoxy, 200 ml/6.75 fl oz Cartridge , Black https://a.co/d/0bXZArem

Epoxy Gun 200 mL/6.75 fl oz (2:1 Mix Ratio) Dual Component Adhesive Cartridge Applicator Manual, Panel Bond Gun for 08115-08116 (Vitality Green) https://a.co/d/0hp1jcB9

I would buy two sets and the dispenser, very good stuff.

On your shifter? I kept my stock shifter on the 231, stock linkage and all...only downside is that it has two detents for high range....but it still gives me low and neutral. I did the twin sticks on the 300, bought a kit that came with a nice boot.

I'm reusing my stock NP231 shifter. I'm using an ecobox so I was planning on just throwing a boot or something to cover it up. I didn't cut as much as you. I also wanted to keep it easy to remove. I used pop rivets to secure it in place and the base is 1/8 inch plate. I don't expect much water to get this high.
