i have searched but come up with no difinitve answers alright i have a complete 94 HO that i am going to stroke iam going to put a 99+ head and ford injectors and all of that other stuff but my question is what modifications will i haft to make to the throttle body sensors to get in my jeep its a 88 with the renix system i know it has the egr stuff but where i live i can just take it off.

You can't legally take it off if you live in the USA, unless it is an off road only vehicle.

The early intake will work on the later engine. It is much easier to just keep the Renix. Strokers like the Renix because it has the ping sensor.

When I swapped a 93 block/intake into my renix I was able to use all of the sensors from the renix system in the newer block. You have to modify the TPS to work with the new intake and the temp sensor will now be in your thermostat housing instead of your radiator; assuming you're upgrading your cooling system too. I didn't hook up the EGR (if it's that sensor beside the sirbox on the wall) because I couldn't see how to route vacuum lines to it now.

The power difference between the 2 engines is amazing...

Another problem is the fuel rail itself. Between the Renix and the HO the bolt hole tabs are in different locations and the Renix fuel lines are one front and one rear. The HO (91-95) has them both on the front. So if you are going to use a 99+ intake, you will need to either make some type of adapter for the fuel rail bolts or use a 91-95 Fuel rail and get a 91-95 fuel lines and adapt them.
