Does anyone have a list of the hardware required to install an MJ hitch?

I looked at the Curt and Reese websites to see if they had any installation instructions but neither list a Comanche truck. If you can find a company that still builds one, they should have installation instructions that list a "bill of materials" showing the bolt sizes and how many of each component you will need.
