Location Greensboro, Ga Jan 19, 2008 #3 If you have a later model XJ, you may want to check the following fuses: Fuses #3 & #4 in the distribution panel controls the driver's side plug headlight plug (I forget which is hi beam and which is low) # 5 & #16 from the distribution panel controls the passenger's side plug headlight plug (I forget which is hi beam and which is low)

L lawsoncl NAXJA Forum User Location North Idaho Jan 20, 2008 #4 Is this just one headlight or both? If it's just one, it's got to be a bad connector or damaged wiring. Fuses and the switch would take out both.
