Just thought I'd share this little story with you.

Went sand running with two of my buddies, one with a TJ and the other in his new Chevy 2500 Silverado. The Chevy is loaded, every single option available with the 350, a chip, dual exhaust, and 4.10 gears. It also sports a 4" lift and runs on ProComp 305's.

My buddy with the TJ (bone stock) and I puttered around in the sand and went up a rather large dune with no trouble. My buddy in the Chevy proceed to get stuck in the dune... After many unsuccessufll attempts to get up the hill and when his truck started smelling funny, he finally gave up and let my '88 Chief do what a 40 thousand dollar truck couldn't. The only thing wounded was his pride as my old '88 XJ pulled that huge truck up the hill. My only regret is I didn't have my camera. You got to love Jeeps!

Yeah I know what you mean. I recently had fun pulling out a v-8 silver tahoe in my town and he sits on 35" boggers. It just so happens he lost 4wd while trying to get out and he lost a bead on the right rear tire as well. I somehow while in the mud with him pulled him out first try with 4 low and a blip of the throttle. Everybody watiching stood in awe as my little jeep pulled his arse out of there. The other 4 trucks stuck behind him wanted me to pull them out too:D . My friend with his very built z-71 wouldn't even attempt to pull him out. I love my Jeep XJ=======Kyle

Make 'em run bumper stickers saying "A Jeep saved my butt" on their Chevys...

Welp I did another one tonight. I pulled out an f-250 with a 460 and some bald 33" street tires. I pulled him in 2wd too!!!!!!!! 2 other guys tried and didn't even budge him. Felt mighty cool!-------------Kyle
