good lawyer prices in springs/denver??

Just looking to see what an average rate of a lwyer is. Its been 3 years past the date of incident and over 7 months since I brought it up to Big O and their insurance company. The bill that is sitting in collections in my name and not worker comp. is still unpaid. no phone calls and no payment. its still hurting my credit everyday. So furious!!!!!!!

FWIW I know part of who to talk to is determined by if its employment case or civil case. I guess I am not sure how that is differentiatied(sp?)
