here locally (minneapolis) my brother and his friends stand on the corner with the same signs...make decent amount of money ($10-15) for a few hours there...really pisses me off tho because its just another person looking for a hand out, sure my brother is doing if for the fun of it but it in courages homeless joe to do it to and then on the way home from work i see about 4-6 people working the same corner...
