Well it appears not all members of this chapter are nice honest folks.It appears some slimey piece of shit decided they needed the CTMs and warn lockouts more then us.I.E. they fucking stole them. as nobody but chapter members have been out to the shop I find this very disheartning. You whoevere you are better pray I never find out whoyou are!!:flamemad: I guess I will now try and shit some joints and lock outs you lousy fuck.

That suck big XXXX, but what are CTMs? I understand lockout hubs are pretty pricey, but I was just wondering what the CTMs are and how much they run.

You should do the "lights out" confession and give them a chance to put the parts back without being found out. If nothing else at least the parts would be back, even if you stil wouldnt know who the THEIF is.
 
ya thats no good.....stealing from people whose jeeps can go really far into the mountains where not many others can go.....

damn! I had spare CTM's on the shelf for ages and sold them to remi for $75 not too long ago.

Let me know if I need to try and source a set.

CTMs are very expensive u-joints (about $150+/each - new).

:flamemad: :flamemad: We've turned that hangar upside down looking for them and they are nowhere to be found.Led even checked all through his house to make sure that they were'nt there- no dice, and they were never at my house.I'm stressing out over this and am THOROUGHLY PISSED OFF right now.I'm still holding out hope that they will turn up but I'm not real confident about it and time is getting short.If (I'm trying my damndest to not point fingers and maintain benefit of doubt)someone did steal them, and I find out who you are, mark my words- I'm going to put a MAJOR hurt on you.:flamemad: :flamemad: :flamemad: :flamemad:

$240 each new. The CTM's and Hub's were in the same box, so its feasable it got set somewhere out of the way, who knows though. That sucks.
 
We've also had various small tools (wrenches, sockets, etc.) as well as Marktard's JKS front upper shock mounts go missing, which although we weren't too thrilled about, isn't the same as having $500 - $600 worth of parts disappear.

How could someone walk off with a heavy box of parts with a bunch of guys standing around and not get noticed though?
You think they came back in after hours when it was empty? buddy of mine got a bunch of free gyro work because a maintenance guy went to the wrong hangar and worked on the wrong airplane, nevermind he didn't know the difference beween a 172 and a 206 but whatever.. Dunno how yours is set up but they tend to be easy to get into.
 
Damn, that sucks!

I have a new spare set of Warn premium hubs I can donate, if you guys don't find those. Let me know, I can send them priority mail on Monday...
