Give me your tired, your poor, and busted air boxes

Hi World!

Had a mount bust on the A/C-heater air box that holds the recirculation air door actuator on my 2001 XJ. I want to use a Dremel tool to cut the busted parts flush and rivet in the chunk shown in the accompanying pic, cut out from a donor vehicle.



I don't think cutting the plastic will be too hard, but I can't find a dead XJ parts donor up here near Gaylord, MI. If you have a donor XJ, or know where one is near here, shoot me a PM.

How long to remove one?
I have a 97 parts rig that i can get it off if needed. Depending on time involved I will grab it for you.
