well now im having some tranny issues...
since the axle swap the tranny wants to start in OD or 3rd i think, its crazy. when i start in in 1st its fine when i shift up manually... any ideas anyone? my tranny has never had any issues until the axle swap..its killin me!

same thing happened to my 96 aw4, it was a solenoid. the 1-2 solenoid. Real easy fix, worst part is dropping the pan and there all right there, heald on by one bolt. Should be a dealer only item at around 250. If you don't have the money go to pnp and grab a few.
Their pocket sized ;-) Flushed it lately? I'm having manifold-to head vacume leak issues. new motor is running crappy. I don't think i lined up my ho head to my renix manifolds right. Dropped it off at gear shop today to get re-geared. Getting it back hopefully tomorrow so i can address the shit-stink leak. I hate unbolting these manifolds. AMC should have put exhaust on other side.

got lucky...i had a bad connection on the harness on the right hand side under the dash. im good to go tranny wise. now to address the lights and get the brake pedal feelin better, its a bleed fest!

brakes?.....check!..kinda, still gettin use to the pedal i guess.
im rollin now, gotta flush the coolant system tommorow, top off all my fluids and see if i can stop my steering gear box leak...or maybe Jon will sell me his!?....well see..as of now im a GO!
