I have a 32 gallon safari tank from genright offroad (for a xj obviously)
Wont be needing it anymore since I will be stretching my jeep and it wont clear the axle
the only thing you have to change is your exhaust. other then that it fits like a glove. you don't lose any clearance.
asking $750

Are those pics of its current state? Or was that when you installed it? If the latter, how long ago/how much use/current condition?

One of these is on my long term wish list. I wish you were closer. I'm afraid I will be in danger of getting a reputation for being a parts train whore if I spring for this.

Edit to add: What are the new exhaust limitations with this tank? Too wide to run between the tank and leaf springs anymore?

Those picture was from when it was first installed back in like 2010 I believe. Its still in good condition.
Aluminum doesn't rust so I could only imagine what still good shape it is in. Its still on my jeep, but any serious interest then I will be taking it off, till then these pictures are all I got. Its going to be tucked away anyways. Lol
Yes it is too wide do I had to cut my exhaust. Your exhaust needs a turn down in front of the axle. Nothing a little cut and rewelding can't handle

Just a little write up/ clarification
since some of your guys last names are jew

This tank was GenRight Offroads first prototype gas tank. It almost doubles the capacity of a stock xj tank.

Its an 1/8'' thick aluminum alloy tig welded custom built 32 gallon gas tank, that would retail buy itself $1,100.

Add the cost of the heavy duty 3/16" skid retails for probably $350

do the math
$1,450

GenRight sells it for $999.99 without tax

Im selling for $750

Just to put it in perspective. Its pretty reasonable.

Please don't jew me down to some ridiculous price.

thank you :-)

A gas tank, especially this one wont lose its value. Its not like its rotting away lol. Plus aluminum doesn't rust and the skid is power coated

:)

While its true that aluminum doesn't "rust" it certainly can corrode.
Also, please refrain from the anti semitic remarks in future posts, it really isn't neccesary.

Have a great weekend!

Your Price $999.99

so by my math it comes with the skid and retails for $999.99.

Any chance of getting some pics of what clearance there is or isn't for the tailpipe?

Genright sure doesn't seem to indicate that you have to give up your tailpipe and switch to a downturn before the axle.

Works with the factory emissions and other related equipment so you will not get any check engine lights or other engine computer issues.

and

Yes, it can be used with or without the factory receiver hitch.

I wish Genright had pics of what they are able to run in terms of exhaust, but they don't show any clues whatsoever.

I'll try to get more pictures for you as soon as possible,
Its on jack stands with very little room underneath.

But once I put it on the lift.
:D
