fuse box on 95 XJ

hey everybody

ive got a tail light issue, and was told to look at the fuses on the PASSENGER . problem is, the only 2 fuse boxes i can fine is in the engine bay, and on the driver side back behind the foot pedals.

am i blind or what?

Only two panels on the '95. I believe the tail light fuse is a 15amp in slot 15 on the interior panel but I'm going by memory here.
