front sway bar

Well, i got rid of my front sway bar awhile ago and now i'm regreting it with how much street driving i'm doing now. My question is, will a pre97 sway fit on the 97+ xj's? I found one, but i really don't want to make the 50mile drive to find out it won't work.

Should fit fine. Does it still have the frame mounts?

As in frame mounts, are you talking about the bushings? I don't have those.
