Front part of master cylinder empty

I just bought 90 jeep with 4.0 , has no brakes , found front part of master dry , wondering if that's front or rear brakes...I searched online. Jeep is covered in mud so just tryin to narrow done the search for a leak.. Any help?

Should be the rear

probably just a wheel cyl, going bad. Seriously consider doing both sides, as the other one is not far behind.
