Fresno - Saw an XJ on Ashlan/Marks this AM

Saw a Bad A XJ this morning headed East on Ashlan made a u turn at Marks, atleast 6" lift and 35's, black maybe dark blue, license plate said ????? XJ

I was in my White 91 with the roof rack/jack and moab wheels
