I have a D35 that I just swapped out for an XJ D44. It's from a Manual 2000 (3.07 gears) with ABS, but the tone ring wires have been snipped off. New diff fluid about 4 months ago, brakes are in great condition. Tubes are straight, never on a lifted vehicle, or overloaded with tires larger than 29" diameter. No e-brake lines (had to keep them for the 44).
It's not worth going through the hassle of a sale. PM if interested!
