I recently swapped in a ford 8.8 from a guy who was going to dana 60's front & rear in his xj. After getting it under there, I didn't like the way that the stock 8.8 brakes ran with the banjo bolts. It ran almost straight down and looped back up: perfect to get smashed on by a rock or tree stump. So after cross-referencing summitracing and napa for about 2 hours, I found something that looked like it might do the job. The line from the frame to the axle was from my RE kit.
it's napa # 36593 for a '66 mustang I think. 3/8"-24 threads on each end. Screws right into the caliper. about $17 a piece.
Hopefully It'll help somebody. I'm really happy with how it turned out.
