Fluid Capacities ?

I'm in the process of gutting one XJ and rebuilding one MJ. I'm going to totally flush and replace all fluids in the MJ.

It has the wimpy 2.6L V6 I just replaced from the donor XJ. Does anyone know the fluid capacity of the torque converter and transmission? I believe it is a TorqueFlight A904. I've looked all over and can't find anything (I assume the embarrassment of using such a pathetic GM motor with an old model Chrysler transmission keeps all references hidden).
