This is the closest to wheeling the XJs has seen...kinda sad

I would have done a lot better if the damn shocks in the back weren't so short!

Front yes, rear removed. The shocks definately were the problem...I think.

It was a 25 degree ramp, and I scored a 609.

I'd look into some new shocks soon then. what kind of front bumper is that ? I like how it nicely fits under the front fender unlike most.

Acutally, it doesn't fit that well under the front bumper. It is a Nate's 4x4, and flairs out a little too much for my tastes. If you can stand the large size of the pic you can kinda see it here:

I saw you there. I had one of the other blue xj's. Mine was the one inbetween the Red xj and the grey ZJ. It was a great show, I wish i could have gotten mine on the ramp but my brake lines arnt long enough.

I don't see that. All I see is new quarter panel armor, light boxes, and rear bumper with a tire swing care of an '81 El Camino.

Looks good man...that Jeep looks great. I was very impressed with it when we met up a while ago for the parts exchange. I'm at the same disadvantage with my shocks...need to get some longer ones myself, and longer brakelines before doing any more "serious" wheeling.
