Final Moab food prep thread!

Location
Borrego Springs Ca.
I have the list of what is needed as far as help for the Friday Night BBQ at the Twenty fifth Anniversary Event in Moab!
(go ahead, say that three times fast!)

Food prep equipment:
Six Weber style (charcoal) BBQ's (Could someone check into Ron's Stainless?)
Seven Crock pots

Human resources:
Six cookers Time from 2pm to 6pm.
Four set up personnel (includes food prep) 4pm to 6pm
Four service people 5:30pm ~ 8pm
Two runners all day

This is a minimum requirement and we would appreciate extra help, but Bonnie doesn't want to supervise a twenty person crew!

I'll bring 1 crock pot and you can add 1 person to the service.

Perhaps we can offer more time but need to double check with the wife so atleast one of us can watch the kid.

I may be able to get another BBQ

Depending on the trail we run, we'll jump in wherever help is needed.
 
I'm not going, but I do have some charcoal left over from the rock garden, and I could lend another crock pot if needed.
