IF you guys decide to do a cookout for the big Friday night dinner, I can bring a big grill from work. It's probably 4 or 5 feet wide by 2 feet deep. I'd want to unload it as soon as I got to Moab since it would be riding in the back of the WJ and I plan on running trails in the WJ.

I can also bring a cooler that we could put soda, water, and beer in for a cookout.

Depending on what people want and what we think we can charge, we could do steaks and chicken, burgers and brats, or something else.

i like that idea, keep it simple this yr. i got a big cooler i could bring as well.

Exactly. Nice and casual. The best meals I've had at Moab were the ones where I could sit where I wanted and talk to friends and meet new people.

I agree on this since we barely broke even last year and the food wasn't the best. Well, some of it was but a little over done.
I always enjoyed the group effort meals anyway. LOL
