F/S/T 89 XJ Ready to wheel*Lots of new parts*

Been driving this Jeep for a few years now. Very reliable. 210,000 miles 4.0, Auto, 242 Xcase. Yellow topand (5.0) injectors, Nonvac disco Dana30. 2 row all metal rad, converted too later style open cooling system. NEW: Fuel pressure reg, Battery, Water pump, Fuel pump, o2 Sensor, CPS, Temp Sensor, Dizzy, fuel filter, exhaust manifold, cherry bomb turbo muffler with turn down, knock sensor, rough country quick disco sway bar links, Rough country shocks, Rough country lower arms and I think that's it. Jeep as Rock Krawler 3" front springs, Rear has 2000 XJ leafs with a few of the stock 89's added and a 1.75 shackle. Swapped in a 2000 29 spline 8.25. Front and rear diffs have fresh gear oil. Tranny had to filter and fluid about 4 months ago. Taylor plug wires around a year old. Garage pro seats mounted to stock bracket.(sit a little high I'm 6' and there about right). After market steering wheel. 1999 Grand Cherokee brake booster and master cylinder. Brake are more then enough for driving but could still use a good bleeding. Power windows all working(back right sticks a little). Good heat in the winter Rear sway bar has been removed. 2 gauge battery cable, 4 gauge Atl charge wire and acc wire
The BAD:
AC doesn't work don't know why haven't messed with it.
Carpet is in really bad shape
No cargo area carpet just rattle can bed liner
Cheap exhaust manifold gasket blew. I have a replacement
Rear main seal leak, I have replacement and oil pan gasket
Side mirrors are sagging pretty
Weather striping is in a bad shape, Water does get in when raining
Driver's door hing is coming loss from body
Both tail lights are missing pieces(like that when I got it)

Comes with extra exhaust manifold(stock one that's been welded)
and brand new tail pipe
Jeep is sitting on a 4 good 7.00 CO-OP Grip Spurs. Don't know there age but no dry rot, all 4 hold air, and go down the ride surprisingly nice.
Wanting $2000 firm, will take trade for wrangler/CJ project or running
Jeep has been only down a few small trails around Tuscaloosa. Has not been beat on or anything wild. $200 extra I can get a set of 5 30,9.50R15 BFG street tires on Aluminum rims
