My friend and I are in the process of taking the 4.0 ax15 and 21 spline 231 out of an 87 mj first gear works great along with the rest of the tranny but it makes a little noise. Everything is there and can be driven and checked fully before we remove it. We also have everthing but the engine tranny and tcase out of an 87 xj like great seats and counsel and everything for a 5 speed swap. The fronr clip is complete but a lil scratched. Located in ukiah 2.5 hours from sac. Lots of parts call/text if they're not listed here. Text is best fyi
