Electrical Woes

A while back the delayed wipers stopped working.........I can live with that, but now they have decided to just stop working whenever the please. Wasn't too handy this Sunday with all the rain. Also the rear defrost doesn't work. And to boot, when I turn the headlights on with the radio going, the radio shuts off for a few minutes the comes back on. Any suggestion?

Do the basics. Clean the battery terminals. I once checked the voltage between posts - 12V and then clamps - 9.6V. Then test the wiper relay(s). Then the fuses. Then get a wiring diagram and start hunting.
