normally you see these fugly ass rigs on super clean bodies that are being wasted... by the looks of that rust (if it is rust) maybe it won't have long to live that way... poor thing.

I believe you're right. This was in Madison Wisconsin, the salt capitol of the upper mid west so rusty rockers are the norm. It looked even more gross then it does in the pic....

And to add insult to injury, the rear wheel doesn't match the front and the rear wheel is missing the center cap.

That poor XJ could have lived and died on the trail running rock or mud or racked up a half a million highway miles as a commuter but instead someone made a billboard out of it.

He's missing the spinner part on the left rear wheel. I saw it again yesterday up near the campus. That is rust on the rockers too.
